Meet your relocation professional

Experience that starts
with service.

I entered the military right after high school and served for four years. My experience included living in Germany and relocating back to the United States. I know firsthand that a military move involves more than changing an address.

Today, I lead Moore Property Group with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Realty Connect. I combine that personal experience with my Military Relocation Professional certification and real estate licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to help service members, veterans and their families make informed housing decisions.

My background in real estate investing and home renovation also helps me look beyond the surface when discussing properties, preparation and the practical details of a move.

Your next chapter deserves a clear plan and someone who understands the transition.

VA home loan basics

Understand the benefit.
Plan the purchase.

A VA-backed home loan may be an option for eligible service members, veterans and certain surviving spouses. Albert can explain the real estate process and coordinate with a lender who can review your eligibility, loan options and estimated costs.

VA and lender requirements apply. Your lender confirms financing and your Certificate of Eligibility. MRP is a real estate certification; it does not confer VA affiliation or loan approval authority.

  • Certificate of Eligibility (COE)A COE is part of establishing eligibility. Credit, income, occupancy and other requirements also apply.
  • Possible purchase with no down paymentEligible borrowers may be able to buy without a down payment, subject to entitlement, lender requirements and the property's appraised value.
  • No monthly private mortgage insuranceVA-backed loans do not require PMI. Taxes, insurance, closing costs and other expenses still need to be considered.
  • Funding fee and closing costsA one-time VA funding fee may apply; some borrowers qualify for an exemption. Ask your lender for an estimate specific to your situation.

Before your next move.

What does MRP certification mean?

The Military Relocation Professional certification provides real estate training focused on the needs of current and former military service members and their families, including relocation, housing decisions and VA financing basics. Albert earned this certification on October 9, 2026.

Do I need PCS orders to work with Albert?

No. Albert helps service members, veterans and families with buying, selling and renting, whether the move is tied to orders, a transition to civilian life or another housing goal.

Should I buy or rent when relocating?

That depends on your expected time in the area, budget, housing availability and long-term plans. Albert can help you compare the real estate options; a lender can explain financing and estimated ownership costs.

Can we begin while I am out of the area?

Yes. Start with a phone conversation about your destination and timeline. Albert can discuss available remote viewing and transaction coordination options for your move.
